Questions
- What uses credits?
- A new deck or remake costs 10 credits for up to 12 slides, plus 1 for each extra slide. An edit by Cue costs 1 to 3. A generated image costs 1. Video costs 1 to 2 per minute, plus 2 per minute for voiceover.
- What is free?
- Editing, presenting, sharing a link, and PDF and image exports. Previewing the first 5 slides of a remake is also free and doesn't need an account.
- What if a deck fails?
- If a deck fails to generate, the credits are refunded automatically. If the result isn't right, report it within a few minutes and we'll refund those credits too.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. You can also pause your plan, and you won't be charged until you resume.
- Who gets the Student price?
- Anyone with a school email address. We send a code to that address, and entering it switches you to Student.
- How is tax handled?
- Paddle is our reseller and handles sales tax, VAT and GST for your country. Your receipt comes from Paddle.
